Portega & Friends – summer degustation dinner series

Choose one of the unique evenings from the Portega & Friends series, during which outstanding masters of flavor will grace our kitchen. Our Head Chef, Jakub Bagiński, shoulder to shoulder with legends of the Polish and global gastronomic scene, will create an unforgettable 6-course culinary experience for you, complemented by sensual live music.

Created with true fine dining enthusiasts in mind, we have designed a unique project Portega & Friends. Each meeting in the series is a completely new story, a different Head Chef, and a unique menu that will never be repeated.

  • 25.07.2026 | Karol Okrasa – One of the most respected Polish chefs, winner of international awards (including Chef de L'Avenir), a master of breaking traditional recipes with a modern style.
  • 08.08.2026 | Jakub Steuermark – Master of comfort food cuisine and ambassador of regional flavors, known among others from “Pytanie na Śniadanie” and co-creator of London’s Jamie's Italian.
  • 22.08.2026 | Kurt Scheller – A true legend of world gastronomy, Swiss master and culinary authority, longtime artistic director of the Top Chef program.
  • 26.09.2026 | Grand Final Gala – The grand finale of the series. A unique evening during which several outstanding Head Chefs join forces to create one unparalleled menu.


About the degustation menu:
Each menu is a six-stage composition that smoothly guides you through diverse flavors and textures. The evening begins with a small accent from the Head Chefs in the form of an amuse-bouche, followed by two appetizers: one cold and one warm. Next, two main courses are served – both prepared so that guests preferring plant-based cuisine can enjoy a full-value vegetarian alternative. The whole is crowned by a signature dessert, the sweet finale of the meeting.

  • Admission to the selected Degustation Dinner with the participation of a premium star chef.
  • A 6-course degustation menu specially composed for this evening by a chef duo.
  • Option to extend the voucher with a professional wine pairing, perfectly balanced with the served dishes.
  • Live music that will create a subtle, elegant background for the event.

  3. Degustation Dinner for children (up to 12 years): 250 PLN
